For heart like a stone monument
Crumbled in the spice of her scent
Then you know Jacqueline
Once you have punctured the ice
Panic snake eyes on a dice
Somebody yells “sacrifice!”
And you hide your Jacqueline

Everybody knows that you got another man on a bleacher
See through the fist to the furnished antique
I wept for a life I did not lead

Driving down just to stand in the sea
Just me and the sun
And the un-Bolex-able breeze
Bastardised language panics the gulls
And the moss covered skulls
And swim suited Jacqueline
Like a light on the bow of an arrow man
Standing wide-legged down on the strand
Aiming high at the fort of the conqueror
Singing a song as he shoots for the shin

Everybody knows that you gotta go back to the city
Where they pump arms full of smack and confetti
Circus performers get mugged in the heatwaves
Cup fulls of ice murder mice in the enclaves

Jacqueline wants to fill her house
With posers
Thousands of foes in gold and robes
And tied in a bow to assert their dominance

With children
Hundreds of kids
Removing the lids
While she mixes men like mojitos
